Kevin Kirsch, Omowale Nubian Black, James Griffin and Dempsie Coburn appeal from a judgment dismissing their action brought against Jeffrey Endicott under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for injunctive relief and damages. The plaintiffs were inmates at the Columbia Correctional Institution (CCI) when Endicott was the warden.
