Oda J. Caron and Lorraine N. Caron appeal the district court's affirmance of the bankruptcy court's denial of an exemption for the cash surrender value of an insurance policy on Mr. Caron's life. Because we find that the courts below correctly interpreted the applicable New Hampshire statute, we affirm.
