The sole issue in this certified appeal is whether the Appellate Court properly dismissed an appeal because it had not been timely filed. Underlying the appeal are two foreclosure actions with respect to the same real property in East Lyme. One, Angus McDonald/Gary Sharpe & Associates, Inc. v.
