In May 1992, Jimmy Calvin Caves completed a federal prison term and commenced a five-year term of supervised release imposed by the District of Minnesota. In December 1994, Caves pleaded guilty to distributing marijuana in the Eastern District of Oklahoma and was sentenced to 108 months in prison.
