In this direct criminal appeal, Benton N. Bass challenges his misdemeanor conviction. We affirm.

Bass was arrested and charged with interfering with a federal officer's duties, in violation of 36 C.F.R. § 2.32(a)(1) (1995) ("resisting ... or intentionally interfering with a government employee or agent engaged in an official duty" is prohibited).
