PER CURIAM.
In light of the specific facts of this case, we find that the notice of withdrawal of the appeal that the claimant received was ambiguous and ineffective, and because the clear intent of the employer was to withdraw his objection to the claimant's entitlement to benefits, we reinstate the appeals referee's determination and reverse the order requiring her to repay amounts overpaid for benefits.
