The Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors (Board) ordered the transfer of Connie, Jerry, Larry, and Nancy Fisher (Fishers) from Liberty Square Care Center (Liberty Square) in Nora Springs, Floyd County, Iowa, to Heritage Residential Facility (Heritage) in New Hampton, Chickasaw County, Iowa.
