DUFRESNE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment for damages sustained in a truck-automobile collision. Carl Miller, plaintiff-appellant, was traveling in a small car in the right lane of a three-lane expressway bridge when a tractortrailer truck on his left, driven by Raymond Ricard, defendant-appellant, began to change lanes. The right front bumper of the truck struck the left rear fender of the car causing it to rotate counter-clockwise into the path of the truck...
