Finding a total of 195 days of includable time, 11 more than the six-month or 184-calendar-day period within which the People had to answer ready for trial, the motion court dismissed the indictment charging defendant with, inter alia, attempted murder in the second degree. We find that the court erred in charging two adjournment periods, consisting of 14 and 13 days, to the People. That leaves 168 days of includable time...
