Appellant asserts in his first proposition of law that the court of appeals erred in granting Judge Corrigan's and Litzow's Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and Donahue & Scanlon and Porter's Civ.R. 12(F) motion to strike.
