Bruce Donald Godschalk appeals from the June 26, 1995 order denying his petition to obtain DNA testing.1 We affirm.

In 1987, appellant was convicted of two counts each of rape and burglary. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of imprisonment of ten to twenty years. The rapes occurred in the same apartment complex. The record indicates that on August 16, 1986, at 10:00 p.m., appellant exposed himself to another...
