Plaintiff-appellant Lynn Dorsey appeals from an adverse judgment in his suit against defendant-appellee Darlene Dorsey claiming damages for the breach of an oral lease. Plaintiff contends the issue of his right to possession was resolved in an earlier forcible entry and detainer action and the trial court should have found he was entitled to a notice under Iowa Code section 562.7 (1993).
