Defendant William C. Everard appeals from the district court's order in this federal habeas case concluding that Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(a)(2)1 did not require the sentencing court to advise the defendant of his right to appeal in the circumstances of this case and that defendant knowingly and voluntarily entered his plea agreement. Finding no reversible error in these conclusions, we affirm the decision...
