STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Dan Eyster, d/b/a Eyster Excavating (Eyster), Klink Trucking, Inc., (Klink Trucking), and Richard Klink, d/b/a Richard Klink Sand and Gravel (Klink), (collectively "appellants"), appeal the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of Angola Land Company (ALC). We reverse.
