PER CURIAM.

In 1987, there was no prohibition against a physician discussing a patient's medical records with a third party. See § 455.241, Florida Statutes (1987). Although the legislature subsequently amended section 455.241 in 1988 to include such a prohibition, we cannot give retroactive application to this amendment.
