Because the complaint stated a cause of action for abuse of process, we reverse its dismissal. See Miami Herald Publishing Co., Div. of Knight-Ridder Newspapers, Inc. v. Ferre, 636 F.Supp. 970 (S.D.Fla.1985); Scozari v. Barone, 546 So.2d 750 (Fla. 3d DCA 1989).
