HORTON, J.

The defendant, Russell C. Hokanson, was convicted of manufacturing a controlled drug. RSA 318-B:2 (1995); RSA 318-B:26, I(c)(5) (1995). He appeals, arguing that the Superior Court (Perkins, J.) erred in refusing to admit expert testimony regarding the medicinal use of marijuana to support his attempt to obtain jury nullification. We affirm.
