Defendant, Brandy Wiley, along with Jason Pilcher, was charged by bill of indictment with two counts of first degree murder, violations of La.R.S. 14:30. The bill was amended, charging the defendant and Pilcher with two counts of second degree murder, violations of La.R.S. 14:30.1. Their trials were severed.
