This is an appeal of a district court's reversal of an arbitration panel's decision. There is no question that Dole breached its contract with Georgia Vegetable. Pursuant to that contract, Georgia Vegetable requested arbitration of its loss. The arbitration panel awarded Georgia Vegetable damages in excess of the amount provided for in the liquidated damages clause in the contract.
