(Boyle P.C.), for payment on a computer system and related services supplied by the former pursuant to an agreement negotiated by Boyle. On December 15, 1994, at the conclusion of Micro's case in chief, the trial court granted Boyle's motion for a directed verdict, but denied a similar motion by Boyle P.C.
