In this case we are asked to determine the appropriate discipline for a lawyer who has repeatedly failed to file and pay personal and business taxes and who has been disciplined twice previously for such misconduct. Respondent Michael G. Singer's failure to pay personal income and employer withholding taxes led to a 1987 admonition.
