The district court concluded that because respondent Park Glen National Insurance Company (Park Glen) had complied with Minnesota case law regarding notification requirements, the new language in its renewal policy issued to Graffiti, Inc., d/b/a Howie's Sports Bar (Howie's), was effective and applied to appellants' claims for damages.
