YATES, Judge.

The trial court divorced the parties on January 21, 1994, awarding them joint legal custody of their minor son, W.G., with the mother having primary custody and the father having reasonable visitation rights. The court ordered the father to pay all work-related child care or daycare expenses. On October 12, 1994, the mother petitioned for a rule nisi, asking the court to find the father in contempt for his refusal to pay daycare
