The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission ("Commission") and the respondent, James L. Lekin, have tendered for our approval a Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline pursuant to Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 11(g).1
