The tenant, Marcell Frost, filed an application for discretionary review challenging the district court's ruling on her small claims appeal. The magistrate originally awarded D.R. Mobile Home Rentals and its manager, Dwayne Eilers, (hereinafter collectively referred to as landlord) damages for debris removal, carpet stains and unpaid rent.
