Defendant John William Lynch was found guilty of the first-degree murder of James Ronald Hall, guilty of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury as to Nancy Head Green, and guilty of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury as to Mattie Jean Murray.
