Appellant, Ralph Deponte, pled no contest to multiple counts of grand theft and burglary of a conveyance. He also pled no contest to a single count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The state alleged that four minors (two of whom were appellant's children) were involved in the commission of these offenses.
