Per Curiam.

This is an appeal from an arson conviction and subsequent imposition of sentence. Because we conclude that the trial court erred in excluding certain evidence, we reverse.

A homeless camp existed in a wooded area of a section of Toledo known as the Buckeye Basin. A sofa and a loveseat were arranged near a campfire. Twenty or so feet away someone had built a makeshift structure of plywood...
