Hegstrom Company, Inc., doing business as Rice Hegstrom Office Supply [Hegstrom], and Glenn Holweger appealed from a summary judgment granting First American Bank Valley [Bank] $46,666.67 in settlement proceeds Hegstrom and Holweger received from the United States government. Because the Bank was entitled to the settlement proceeds under the unambiguous terms of the parties' agreement, we affirm.
