This is an interlocutory appeal from a Superior Court decision which granted partial summary judgment against the appellant plaintiff-below, E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company ("DuPont") and at the same time denied DuPont's motion for partial summary judgment. We granted interlocutory review to resolve important questions of first impression involving coverage under comprehensive general liability policies...
