By petition for a writ of common law certiorari, petitioners seek review of a circuit court order denying their motion for summary judgment with respect to section 1983 claims asserted against them in their individual capacities. Petitioners maintain they are entitled to qualified immunity from suit on plaintiffs'/respondents' claims that they were responsible for an unreasonable search and unlawful arrest.
