Darlene R., the mother of Victoria R., appeals from a juvenile court dispositional order in a child in need of protection or services proceeding (CHIPS). On appeal, Darlene argues that the trial court lost competency to exercise its jurisdiction because both the factfinding hearing and the dispositional hearing were held outside the statutory time limits without a showing of good cause on the record.
