CARLEY, Justice.

In an attempt to elude officers after committing a burglary, Graham and co-defendant Diamond engaged in a high-speed vehicular chase which did not end until their vehicle crashed into another. Three of the occupants of the vehicle into which they crashed were killed. One of the occupants was nine-months pregnant and her unborn child did not survive the crash. As the result of these events, a multi-count indictment was returned against Graham and Diamond...
