(collectively, "the Landlords"), appeal a district court order affirming the bankruptcy court's grant of summary judgment for appellee North American Specialty Insurance Co. ("NASIC") on the Landlords' claims that the language of an insurance policy issued to its tenant Wursthaus, Inc. ("Wursthaus") indicates that the policy covers alleged damage by Wursthaus to real property owned by the Landlords...
