MOORE, Justice:

Appellant appeals his convictions of two counts of voluntary manslaughter and two counts of use of a pistol during the commission of a violent crime. We reverse and remand.

FACTS

Appellant and co-defendant, Willie Douglas, were involved in a shooting incident outside of the Waffle House in Florence. Many of the people at the Waffle House had been at a local bar called "Visions" earlier that evening. There was some testimony...
