In this appeal we are asked to determine whether the trial court properly limited certain expert testimony and correctly instructed the jury regarding serious injury for purposes of the limited tort alternative under the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law. Based upon the reasoning set forth below, we hold that the trial court erroneously limited the expert testimony and improperly instructed the jury so as to warrant a new trial. Accordingly...
