This appeal arises from a declaratory judgment action filed by plaintiff Glidden Company ("Glidden") in which it sought a declaration of its rights to be indemnified for environmental claims by defendants HM Holdings, Inc. and Hanson PLC. The trial court dismissed the action, specifically declining to exercise jurisdiction over the matter. Glidden appeals from that ruling in case No. 69061.
