JENNINGS v. STATE

No. 95-2166.

670 So.2d 159 (1996)

Larry Williams JENNINGS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

March 20, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and James W. Rogers, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgment and sentence, but remand to the trial court to correct a sentencing scoresheet error. Appellant entered a plea to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, not two counts as reflected in the scoresheet. When corrected, the sentencing points should equal 184.3.
