Before the Court is the Debtor's Complaint against Defendant Golden National Mortgage Company. The Debtor is seeking to reduce the mortgage interest rate on post-petition payments over the sixty months of his proposed Chapter 13 plan. Golden National opposes the proposed interest rate reduction. The Court acceded to the parties' request that it resolve this dispute based upon consideration of the parties...
