Following a jury trial, defendant Cottrell Green was found guilty of attempted first degree murder, armed violence, aggravated battery and aggravated battery with a firearm. The trial court sentenced him to concurrent terms of 21 years' imprisonment for attempted first degree murder and armed violence and to concurrent terms of five years' imprisonment for aggravated battery and seven years' imprisonment for aggravated...
