Brandon W. was adjudicated a child within the meaning of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-247(3)(a) (Reissue 1993) on December 22, 1994. The attempted appeal by Brandon's mother from that order of adjudication, found at case No. A-95-273, was found to be untimely by this court in an order dated December 29, 1995.
