Plaintiffs and counterdefendants, Robert W. Lempa and Luann J. Lempa (Lempas), filed a complaint against defendants and counterplaintiffs, Gordon Finkel and Sharon Finkel (Finkels), for breach of a mortgage note. The Finkels counterclaimed on various grounds.
