The matter presently before the Court is the Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment on Count I of his complaint brought under § 548(a)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(1), alleging payments made by the Debtor to the Defendant were fraudulent conveyances in that they were made with actual intent to hinder, delay or defraud creditors.
