Appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals the trial court's judgment ordering the sealing of the records of appellee, Matthew Fortado. We affirm.

The Summit County Grand Jury indicted Matthew Fortado for aggravated trafficking in drugs, conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking, drug abuse and receiving stolen property.
