The defendant appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, following a court trial, for $41,234.52.1 The defendant claims that the trial court improperly rendered judgment that surpassed the relief sought in the complaint and also improperly determined that the plaintiff was a creditor of the defendant's corporation. We affirm the judgment of the trial court....
