ROBERTSON, Judge.

L.H. Bayley and David A. Noyes & Company (the Company) sold bonds to Mary Francis Fox in 1987. In 1995, Fox filed a lawsuit against the Company in which she alleged that the Company had violated the Indiana Securities Act, had violated their agency relationship, had violated their fiduciary relationship, had breached their contract relationship, and had committed frauds upon Fox. The Company filed a motion to dismiss the complaint...
