John Nixon was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(A). He pled not guilty and filed a motion to suppress confession. The trial court denied the motion; and defendant filed an application for supervisory writs with this court seeking review of the trial court's ruling.
