OPINION

HAGAN, Bankruptcy Judge:

Paul T. Locke ("Debtor") is a debtor under chapter 7 of Title 11, United States Code. James A. Milner ("Milner") filed an action against the Debtor, seeking to have a debt declared nondischargeable under section1 523(a)(2)(A). After a trial, the bankruptcy court granted a judgment in favor of Milner. The Debtor appeals. WE AFFIRM.
