Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by adding thereto a provision declaring the by-law banning motorcycles from Jefferson Village Condominium No. 1 valid; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with costs to the defendant.

We agree with the Supreme Court that the business judgment rule applies to actions taken by the Board of Managers of Jefferson Village Condominium No. 1 (see, Matter of Levandusky v One Fifth Ave. Apt. Corp.,
