BROWN, J.

Michael W. Voss, Jr. entered pleas to charges of armed burglary, armed robbery and, in an unrelated case, threatening to communicate derogatory information. He was sentenced to twelve years in prison and moved to withdraw his pleas, which motion was denied. He claims that he should have been allowed to withdraw the threatening to communicate derogatory information plea because the statute requires specific intent to commit the crime and the trial court knew...
